Modern mountain living at it's finest! Enjoy incredible views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and French Broad River from your massive balcony. Kick back and relax by the fire pit overlooking a cliff or soak in the hot tub, glass of wine in hand! We are a short 25 minute drive to Asheville, and centrally located to downtown Marshall. The charming town of Marshall hosts a number of delicious eateries, shops and a brewery along The French Broad River.
The home is a modern work of art, with 100 year old reclaimed hardwood throughout the home, massive windows and thoughtfully crafted finishes. The modern design will make your jaw drop, as will the views from our mountain side!
Please note, there is a home being built behind our home. You may notice some construction during the day.
We offer a wood burning fire pit. If you plan to use it, you may want to pick up firewood on your way to the house!
