Historic centre of a listed village adjacent to the church. Building dates from 13th century.
We speak English, et francais, und wir sprechen auch Deutsch.

Very pretty village surrounded by vineyards with two cafes which serve food, supermarket, pharmacy.... Other good restaurants within a few minutes (website hidden) Emilion 20 mins, Bordeaux 60 mins. Sarlat 90 mins.

Bordeaux airport 80 mins. Bergerac airport 40 mins. Libourne TGV 40 mins. Local train station Velines 10 minutes.

What makes this property unique

The property is around 600 years old, the central part being built before the Battle of Castillon in 1453, which ended England’s rule over Aquitaine. The building was previously a stable, a convent, a school and a private house as it is today.
