With its own swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days and a fishing lake, this attractively restored farmhouse beckons. The cottage is located between the old towns of Ste. Foy-la-Grande and Bergerac. The bright interior of the house, furnished mainly with country antiques, is attractive and homely. The living area of the house is 120 m² and offers enough space for 5 people.

There are several options for entertainment in the nearby area: three recreational lakes, a golf course and wine tastings are available in the region between Bergerac and St. Émilion.

Een prachtige locatie, rust en luxe, heerlijk zwembad, veel natuur, Bergerac dichtbij (maar ver genoeg om de rust te houden) Bordeaux een klein uur met de trein (aanrader!). Prima bedden, binnen en buitendouche. fijne keuken. Authentieke inrichting. Het waren 4 weken die omgevlogen zijn. 10/10
