The Space:

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome sits just steps from the beach in Cocoa Beach, with room for up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Brand-new A/C keeps things comfortable year-round, and a dedicated workspace and high-speed Wifi mean you can stay connected if needed.



Living space

The living room is set up for easy evenings - a Smart TV and a stash of board games make movie nights and game nights equally simple. A coffee nook offers a quiet spot for slow mornings before heading out to the water.



Sleeping arrangements

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Located off of A1A just south of the heart of Cocoa Beach and the pier. A local favorite restaurant and bar, Squid Lips, is just 2 minutes away! Bringing the kids? Head over to Kennedy Space Center to have an out of this galaxy experience! Disney World and Universal Studios are only 60 minutes away.
