Nice villa .. close to loads of amenities

Lovely clean property within easy reach of shops , restaurants , parks etc Lots of room in pool area …. We ate out there all the time Only one downside & it’s an easy fix … there was only one lounger at the poolside , could do with one or 2 more

A Beautiful Place

We really enjoyed our start at Milly! The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was great with a safe neighborhood and very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool and everything we needed was right there in the house. We stayed for a week due to being in a baseball tournament in Viera and if we come back to the area again the future, we will be staying at Milly again!!

We were in town for a very short period of time because of this we wanted a central place family could come over for a cook out - just what we needed. Pool was a fantastic addition. Communication was great - morning and night. House is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for the opportunity for us to see family while in town.

House was perfect!

We loved the house layout, colors, decor, cleanliness, amenities, pool and patio! All of it worked great, exactly as we had hoped. The location is easy access to shopping and I-95. The neighborhood is quiet, very relaxing. Pedro and Logan are wonderful, communicate really well and are very caring. We appreciated the check ins inquiring about how things were going. We highly recommend this house to others. You will really enjoy it. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and we hope to book here again!

Pedro and Claire are wonderful hosts. The three bedroom home is amazing with everything you need for a relaxing week away. The highlight is the pool! You can float all day and night and never worry about bugs. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer were appreciated when we had to get on a flight back to Massachusetts.Thank you for a wonderful week away. We will definitely be back someday.

2025 SPRING BREAK

Traveled to Florida for Spring Break and we wanted a place traveling distance to family in Okeechobee and Orlando. Must have was a pool and three bedrooms. This place hit all the requirements and it did not disappoint. Had a great time for the 5 days we were there and would definitely use "Milly" again if we are looking in that area.

Nice Location

This is our second time staying at this location. This house had everything that we needed. Close proximity to highway, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. It was also nice that we could park a car in the garage if we wanted to. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed this property so much! All communication was amazing and quick from the beginning. We loved the location it was close to everything we needed. It was very clean and was stocked with what you needed. Loved all the labeling of the light switches, kitchen, and other items. They truly thought of everything. We so enjoyed just relaxing out by the pool and using that space to be outside. Truly enjoyed our time. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Stay

The house was really nice, comfortable and very clean. The size of the house is perfect especially it you have more than 2 people. We had most of our meals at the house as it has everything you need to cook. There is also a TV in every room so everyone could watch what they wanted. The pool was so nice and having it heated is such a bonus. We used it almost every day. Grocery stores, Walgreens, CVS and a Walmart were less that a 10 minute drive and lots of options for eating out. The area the house is in is quite nice and very quiet. So the location is great. The beach is also not far away and there are lots of beaches to choose from. We would definitely stay here again

This house was amazing. The pictures dont do it justice. It was so well furnished with everything you could want or need. Having my own heated pool was fantastic and the neighborhood was so quiet. I felt like I had my own resort. Working with Pedro and his group was wonderful.

Usssa games

My family and I stayed while my daughter played in the USSSA all American games. Great location, easy access to the highways, pool was amazing. Would be happy to stay there again.
