Amazing vacation!

Wonderful property for a family vacation right on the beach. Beautiful home where you can see the ocean from the living room and main bedroom. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach house

My family and I cannot say enough about this beach house. Aside from the breathtaking views of the upper deck, the home is so clean and has so many fun amenities for all ages. We cannot wait to go back next year.

Beautiful beachfront home. Best views from Master BR and top floor deck. Kitchen/LR opens right onto sand. Matches photos. Really enjoyed quiet beach over Christmas week.

Gorgeous home — incredible location!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Lavallette! Tony was an excellent host and great with communication. The home has every amenity you could imagine, both indoor and outdoor. It was modern and updated, the beds were comfortable and the views were stunning. We walked to local restaurants and bars and shops. I cannot wait to make this a yearly stay! Highly recommend!

Rent. This. House.

Absolutely gorgeous and pristine! We enjoyed this house so much, we barely felt the need to leave. The ocean views are stunning from multiple points in the home as well as from the rear patio and particularly the third-floor sun terrace. The kitchen was already amazing in the photos we viewed prior to selecting the rental, but we were notified just before check-in that a brand new gourmet kitchen had recently been completed. It was magnificent. There was not a speck of dirt to be found in the home, each room was beautifully decorated, and all of the finishings were perfection. The location is close enough to easily walk to all of the action in the heart of Lavallette, but distant enough to feel secluded. Our host Tony was not only hospitable, but also extremely responsive and accommodating. This rental was a “10” on all accounts. Bonus points for the Jura coffee maker that was cranking out americanos, espressos and cappuccinos for us all weekend.

My wife Lina and I had the opportunity to purchase an oceanfront home in beautiful Lavallette and we've been renting it to guests the past several years.

We take pride in our home on the Jersey shore and absolutely love it and know that you will too!

Why they chose this property

The beaches are pristine, the sand is beautiful, water gets cleaner and cleaner every year. Lots of ocean life, including whales, dolphins, schools of fish, sometimes a school of tuna will come towards shore, and we event have a friendly seal drop by in the fall months from time to time.

What makes this property unique

Our home is directly on the ocean, The views are amazing. The home literally sits on the sand.
