Beach Block 2nd floor Condo with partial ocean view. Located at 3122 Central in Ocean City, NJ. Spacious 4BR, 2BA. Sleeps 11. The condo is professionally disinfected and sanitized immediately before your arrival. Attached is a view from your rooftop deck showing the relationship to the beach. Very clean, beautiful interior with new furnishings. There is private off-street parking for 2 cars. The unit is in a perfect location in the South end of Ocean City. The area is tranquil away from the downtown noise and congestion. The beaches are large with lifeguards. There are separate beach areas reserved for surf fishing or surfing. There is a trolley that takes you to and from the boardwalk and restaurants in minutes so there is no need to move your car. ** WE INCLUDE 10 BEACH TAGS A $350 value ***

Amenities:
The great room has cathedral ceilings with skylights, a gas fireplace, wood laminate floors and a 65” TV. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. The eat-in kitchen with granite breakfast bar is well equipped with all cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. You can prepare any type of meal and there is also an outside barbecue gas grill. There are three private furnished decks for additional living, eating, and relaxing space one of which is a rooftop deck with a partial ocean view. The third deck has an awning cover and is accessible from 2 bedrooms. There is a washer/dryer room inside your condo. You have a private locked storage room for bicycles, beach chairs, etc. There is also an outdoor private enclosed shower.

This property was lovely 😊 it was close to the beach and rooms were all great sizes. It’s also with in a couple blocks from Hoys, mini golf, Dots pastry shop, and a playground! Worked well for younger kiddos!

Great condo for our multigenerational family. The house had everything we were looking for in terms of location and amenities. The spacious, light-filled great room/kitchen was a wonderful area to gather together, yet there was also plenty of private deck space for quiet reading time. Good communication with owner who was upfront and proactive with a concern that was satisfactorily resolved. Wonderful week!

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

This was a great get away for me and my friends. Bob was very helpful in checking in and taking recommendations on what to adjust for the next renters. The neighbors downstairs were very nice and helpful as well.The location of the house was perfect for us, as we were just a block from the beach and very close to restaurants.I would highly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to possible rentals down the line here again

The property was perfect for the 10 of us, adequately furnished, in excellent condition, great proximity to the beach, the boardwalk, the local golf course, and within walking distance of a sandwich, pastry, and ice cream shops. The owner was very accommodating and we would definitely consider returning.

Wonderful stay. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed induction stove top. Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Covered decks were appreciated and allowed for relaxing on deck. Beautiful Beach Getaway

We wanted a quiet weekend away and that mission was accomplished. Bob was very responsive to any questions I sent his way and we had a wonderful time. Plenty of free street parking and two blocks from the beach - cannot beat that!

Another great stay

Check in super easy. Everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Owner was in touch. We stayed here for 4 weeks in July. Had an amazing time. Lots of chairs in storage. Everything you could need in kitchen. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Friendly neighbors. Bike rental 2 blocks away. Beach is lovely. Sunset deck on 4th of July was amazing.

Girls get-a-way

Perfect spot close enough to boardwalk entrance to be walkable and still provide a quieter neighborhood. Owner was very responsive with an issue with quick resolution!
