Right by the Sunrise lift, Slopewatch is a true ski-in/ski-out experience overflowing with incredible design and unbeatable comfort. The interior of this high-end escape features stunning contemporary architecture with floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings in the living room. You’ll be able to spread out between a sleek downstairs common area, complete with a fireplace and TV, and an upstairs den with arcade games. A modern kitchen and large dining table make it easy to keep everyone fed, while nearby Park City Village has even more dining options and convenient grocery shopping. After a day on the slopes, the outdoor balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air over an al fresco meal and drinks. When the sun goes down, retire to four comfortable bedrooms to rest up and do it all again tomorrow!

- The Apex pool and hot tub will be closed starting Tuesday, September 2 for cleaning and re-plastering (approx. 1 week). Afterward, the pool will reopen without heat for 30 days to allow surfaces to bond, while the hot tub remains closed until heating resumes. The pool deck and surrounding amenities will stay open. Heating restarts on Monday, October 6, when both will be fully operational.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Garage doors must be closed at all times except when reasonably necessary.
- Violation of HOA rules may result in a fine not exceeding $500 for individual violations.
- This home has access to a community pool and hot tub.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.
- Please be advised that window cleanings for the homes will take place between June 3rd to mid June. Additionally, the HOA will be refinishing the decks and siding on the entire building during this period.
