GS Surf & Racquet 301A King Bed beautifully decorated

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 301A is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the lagoon. The unit is approximately 550 sq ft with a limited view of the gulf from the living room balcony. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with separate area for washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo; efficiency style unit.

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet is a 9 story building at its highest peak located 3.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores with deeded beach access directly across the street and a private boardwalk to the beach. Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet has a lush landscaped lagoon side outdoor pool area, kiddie pool, hot tub, pier, boat launch, tennis, shuffleboard, and BBQ/picnic area. There is a 1 car limit. Parking pass must be purchased by guest at the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Front Desk On-site Office. 3 night minimum year round.

Great place for a couple! Kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful view of ocean across the street and lagoon from back porch. Easy access to beach across the street and pool on-site. Location is west of most restaurants and shops which means it is quieter, but not walkable. Would recommend!

Perfect Family Vacation

We are very satisfied with our room. It was exactly what we needed it to be for our small family getaway. The room was very clean. It was an easy 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings. I was especially happy to have access to shopping carts and the elevator to make loading and unloading easier! The other guests were very friendly and it was a great place for a family vacation.

Family get away for 4 days

The room layout was as described. It was plenty enough room for our family of 3. We did have issues with how clean the room and bathroom were. Don't get me wrong, we are not a squeaky clean family, but we do keep the toilet clean , the hair wiped up and swept, etc. I spent the first night we got there cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, washing linens, etc. The vents had dust and mold, the stove had what looked like spaghetti sauce still on it, the ceiling had water damage.The bathroom was the worst. The drain to the bathtub was stopped up with hair and the water took forever to drain down. The toilet was so nasty that it had pee running down the toilet, at the back of the toilet, and on the floor. While there, maintenance came by to change the air filter and I asked about getting another vacuum because the one in the room wouldn't work. After 9 days, I still didn't receive one. There was a layer of dust on almost everything. We would love to stay at this resort again because we seen another condo from a family we met and it was totally clean and well kept. This was such a cute little condo, but the cleaning crew needs to be replaced
