In addition, you will be in the Shipyard Community where you can receive a beach stamp on your car pass which allows you to park at the public beach in the community (Shipyard Beach Club).

This lovely condo has a fully stocked kitchen that opens to the dining table and family room. But the best part is sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoying the Lowcountry air. This condo is perfectly situated steps from the pool

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms. The master is a king bed with a newly remodeled shower. You will also love and enjoy the deck off of the master where you can sit and soak up the sun or enjoy the sun going down at night.

The 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds with a remodeled shower in the connected bathroom. This room is spacious and will sleep kids or adults.

There is also a grill for your use on the porch, and 2 rocking chairs.

We provide a couple of beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and sand toys. There are also tennis rackets for your use. There will also be 4 beach towels for your use.

Coligny beach, which is the public beach is a short drive out of the back gate of Shipyard. There is public beach parking available and lots of shopping and restaurants. You can also enjoy the Lowcountry Celebration Park for your kids to play and the Children's Museum next door.

Dogs are welcome under 60 lbs. Please let us know you will be bringing your pet. There is a $200 non refundable deposit for the 1st dog and $150 for the 2nd dog.
