Beautifully landscaped pool home in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Sarasota. Updated 3 bedroom plus office and 4 bathrooms. The landscaped yard looks like a resort with an in ground pool and silver travertine decking. The kitchen is high end with quartz countertop and excellent appliances. Much of the furnishings in the home are top of the line brands to provide a very comfortable stay. A++ location: 10-13 minute drive to the best beaches, 15 minute walk to Southside Village with it's gourmet market and excellent restaurants and bars, 20 minute walk to downtown, grocery stores are 3 minute drive away. Very exclusive neighborhood. Less than 2 hours from Disney and 1 hour from Tampa.
