Historically fun

We enjoyed our stay because even though things were somewhat outdated, everything was functional. The quaint nature of Monte Vista permeated the property.We will be back next year.

This home was perfect for my 40th class reunion trip. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to everything that we were going to. It was right on the parade route for the Stampede Parade so we were able to watch from the comfort of the shade of the trees! The host was very responsive when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again! (Maybe for my next reunion!)

A Short Distance from Everything

This house was in the perfect location for all of our weekend activities. Sand Dunes were less than an hour away. River boating/floating 20-ish minutes away. Dairy Queen, Sonic, and grocery store minutes away. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. Communication with property management was stellar. I would definitely stay here again.
