We love Bear Lake and spending time there with our family. Having grown up in the area and moved away, we have always wanted to "get back." We have built this home with large groups and family gatherings in mind. We know that having the right space can help create priceless memories. We wanted to be close to town, but not too close. We wanted groups to have, within one house, comfortable and private spaces as well as social and fun areas. We know your family or group will love it as much as we have! We now live in the area full time and can help plan your perfect group vacation.

Why they chose this property

This house was designed for large groups, with bunk rooms, play areas, and two kitchens. It is close to town, but far enough away to be very private. There is plenty of parking for boats and large groups.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits of this house:

1. Large "Carriage House" rec/multi-purpose room that can accommodate large gatherings or activities. This is the "white barn-like section" of the home shown on the pictures. Basketball hoop and movie theater in this section.

2. Two car passes included to "Ideal Beach" resort and included amenities just a mile down the road.

3. Two full kitchens plus a kitchenette for large group meal prep. One large kitchen on the mail level, second kitchen in the lock-off section upstairs, and a kitchenette in the carriage house multipurpose room.

4. Easy paved road access, close to town and beach access.

5. Ample parking for large vehicles and boats.

6. Nice bedding and mattresses to ensure you sleep well.

7. Local full-time owners who can give recommendations and help if problems arise.

8. Drive your ATV's right from the house to access Hodges Canyon Trailhead.
