The host was very helpful and welcoming. We were allowed to check in a bit early to avoid unloading luggage and ice fishing equipment in the dark. The camp is very well equipped and we really enjoyed utilizing the outdoor fireplace.
This is our second time renting this house during the winter. We love the location in order to ice fish and snowmobile. The house is very comfortable. As for the kitchen, it is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen and I have rented a lot of houses. We really like this cabin and had a great time. The host is extremely easy to communicate with.We had a great experience renting this cabin and would not hesitate renting it again.
As always the place was perfect and we had everything we needed....if I could give it 10 stars I would. The host is always a message away and very responsive! We will definitely be back!!!
This is my 3rd time renting from Emily and it was fantastic!!! Clean, organized and communication with her was excellent. Highly recommended and will be staying again in the future!!!
We had a very nice stay. Didn’t catch any trout, but the bass were plentiful. It was a bit far to launch our boats into the water, but we worked it out. All in all, a nice stay and very thankful for the AC as we had very hot weather that week. Very Good communication with our host, always responded to our questions in a timely manner. A beautiful Property on a clean & beautiful lake.
Wonderful relaxing vacation. Loved the quiet of the lake. Listening to the loons and watching the eagles bring food to the babies. We played cards, read a book, played in the water and took naps. Just what the doctor ordered! A little piece of heaven!
House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with owner was easy. The lake was clean and the eagles nest close by was amazing.
Emily’s place was amazing. We traveled with 2 other families and we all had our own space. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the lake which is beautiful. Everything about this place was perfect. Will definitely stay here again and again!!

My family and friends enjoyed a long weekend snowmobiling and ice fishing at this house. The lake has easy access to the snowmobile trails and the fishing was fun. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and the amenities provided. The bald eagle’s nest next to the house was a bonus. The house is exactly as advertised and very well stocked with everything we could have needed. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
My family and I had a great time staying here! It’s quiet and cozy with beautiful lake views. It is well stocked with everything you need to stay. There was a little mix up with our booking dates but the property owners were easy to get ahold and very accommodating about the situation. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

I also really wish the weather was better for you! I'm glad you got to view our Eagle friends.
Beautiful spot on the lake, very private. Stayed with family to view the solar eclipse and it was perfect. Plenty of room - and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, spices, etc.) and bathroom to make it easy to just arrive (best to arrive with groceries though - it takes awhile to get back to any shops!). Bald eagles (and a golden eagle sighting) were quite a bonus.
Very nice camp, more room on 2nd floor than expected which is great for ice fishing gear. Nice to have 2 full baths. Good spot on the lake for winter fishing. Host was helpful and everything when smoothly. Would stay here again for sure!
This was our first trip to Schoodic Lake and it did not disappoint. The house was great for our large family and two dogs. It was a hot week but it stayed nice and cool with the air conditioning. It had everything we needed. Emily was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to answer all our questions. The fishing was fantastic all week. The lake was also great for tubing and cooling off. We hope to be able to go back again next year for our annual family vacation!
