**Important: Please note that our air conditioning system is designed to cool the home to approximately 30°F below the outdoor temperature, which is standard for residential HVAC systems. For the best comfort and performance, we recommend setting the thermostat between 70–74°F.

If you prefer indoor temperatures significantly colder than this, especially during very hot weather, our home may not be the best fit for your stay. We kindly ask that you consider this before booking to ensure the home meets your expectations.
