About this property

Deluxe Beachfront Ground Floor Apartment # 6 Nautibeach

Only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, Nautibeach Condos is located on the north side of Isla Mujeres on the most popular beach, Playa Norte.

Condo #5, #6, #9 and #17 are owned and managed by Katy and Dave Hochmayr, and are not part of the on-site rental pool. Our own rental office is located just before the entrance to Nautibeach. You will still have full access to the pool, beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have wonderful staff available to help you with anything you may need during your stay.

Condo #6 is a guaranteed two-bedroom ground floor condo near to the pool. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the second bedroom has small sink with a vanity. There is one bathroom.

There are granite counter tops in the kitchen, and a 4- burner cook top. It is located on the ground level for easy access to the pool and beach. The patio is twice as big as the balconies of the second and third floor condos at Nautibeach, making it more delightful to enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings from your private terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and pool.

Maid service (daily or as requested) is available at no extra charge. Tips are appreciated!

We also rent out condo #5 (property ID #303230) which has a patio that is connected to the patio of condo #6. For groups larger than 4, large planters can be removed between the two connecting patios. For individual rentals, the planters are kept in place providing private patios.

Located on our property is the restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and one of the best spots on the island for watching the sunsets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided both around the pool and on the beach for our guests.

Enjoy a lovely 5 minute walk downtown to experience its many shops, restaurants, bars and local music.

We are very excited about our other project, Isla Retreats, that we completed in May 2017. All six villas are upscale, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. All villas have smart TVs, and high speed WiFi Internet. We provide beach towels and bath towels, high quality linens, a hair dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use. There is an in-room safe to store your valuables and passports. Maid service (daily or as requested) is available at no extra charge. There is on-site staff available to accommodate our guests in setting up golf cart rentals and other activities.

Our main goal for Isla Retreats is to provide an adults-only, tranquil and unique Caribbean-Mexican experience. Guests can get away from the hustle-bustle of downtown and everyday life to relax and savor the lovely island. We designed the common area to create a peaceful ambience featuring a heated salt-water pool with waterfalls, beach chairs and umbrellas, tropical gardens and an exquisite palapa. We wanted to keep as much green-space as possible, so we designed the property with many tropical plants and coconut trees. There are many extraordinary hand-carved marble and onyx sculptures throughout the property as well.

We left a piece of our hearts in Isla. This was our first time traveling there, and we had a wonderful experience. Katy was amazing to work with from the get-go. She was very responsive to all my questions before the trip (and very patient). The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the amenities were perfect, and every staff member we encountered was more than happy to help with whatever we needed.We loved our experience so much that we extended our stay a few days, and Katy was accommodating of that as well.We can't wait to go back!

Fantastic little spot.

This was our first stay at Nautibeach. We absolutely loved it. We felt extremely safe and it felt like a little neighborhood tucked away. The beach spot was perfect. The staff was so friendly. It was the perfect vacation get away. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed.

Isla '24

We recently returned from our first of many trips to this beautiful island. I can't imagine even looking for another place to stay as Nautibeach was perfectly located and had all the amenities we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. We stayed in Condo 9 for reference and loved its location to the gate as well as the pool/beach/Mayan Beach Club. Looking forward to our return trip this spring.

Steps to the pool and beach, great food at The Mayan, and perfect sunset watching on the beach!

The condo was what I expected for the great price, clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the location is stunning. Very convenient walk to Hidalgo or anywhere on Playa Norte really. The folks associated with Nautibeach, (Katy and her dad, the gate guards, check-in guys, housekeeping, beach guys) EVERYONE! was incredibly helpful, always available, and very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property. Beach is a little crowded in August but once the day trippers leave in the afternoon this is the most beautiful place to watch sunsets from the beach!

Great Stay at Nautibeach 6 & 17

What’s not to love about Nautibeach?! The condo #6 was just as described, equipped with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. The location couldn’t be better... steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. Great food, massages and yoga all within close walking distance. Katy was a joy to work with. Very responsive. We had a plumbing issue a few days into our stay and within less than an hour we were moved to another of Katy’s condos (#17)... equally nice and what we may have lost in convenience (not much) we made up for with a fabulous view. The entire complex is beautifully maintained. Everyone works so hard and is very friendly. Can’t wait to return soon!!!

Perfection

No complaints, only praise! So happy we choose Condo #6 for our week long stay with kids. The location is perfect. Nautibeach has a pool and a swimup bar that is operated by the beach club next door... Mayan Beach. You can run a tab and pay with pesos or credit card. The condo has everything you could need and its cleaned every other day (unless you need more). Amazing job, use the tip jar! 2 king beds, plenty of dishes, microwave, water....the condo has everthing. Steps to the pool and beach. Good A/C that you can turn off when you leave and its still comfortable when you get back hours later and cools everything off fast. .even in June! The employees at Nautibeach are great, the location cant be beat...thank you Katy for an amazing week. We cant wait to come back!

Perfect Stay!

We loved the location and the low key vibe of Katy’s condo. It was so convenient to be in and out to the pool and beach. It was hard to tell From the pictures just how close to the beach and pool you really are (closer than it appears!). The condo was clean, easy to get to, and easy to walk to many places for meals. The on-site Mayan Beach Club has excellent food that has a very upscale presentation that (pleasantly) surprised us! We had some appetizers the night we arrived, as well as breakfast a couple of our mornings which made it really convenient. Katy was very easy to deal with and was responsive to my emails. I requested something special to be in the condo upon our arrival as it was my daughter’s birthday the day we arrived. I was a little disappointed it wasn’t there when we arrived, but when I let Katy know she did have it there that evening. It would’ve been a fun surprise, but not a huge deal. She came through in the end! There is a nice binder with lots of information and recommendations for places to eat in the condo. Be sure to have cash, as most places don’t accept credit cards. We used one of the baggage men with the bicycle at the ferry port to transport our luggage to the condo. He came back the night before we left to see what time he could come to help with our return, and was there the next morning waiting to load up our luggage. He took the bags to the port and waited for us there. By the time we waited in line and boarded the ferry, he had our bags loaded right onto the ferry (we had 8 bags and tipped him $20 each time…well worth it). We love our stay at Katy’s condo and love the vibe of Isla Mujeres. We are already planning our next trip to return, and would definitely stay at this condo again.

Fantastic stay at Nautibeach Condo

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. Katy was so helpful with details and recommendations leading up to the stay and the property rental staff were there to answer any questions we had. The condo is so well equipped and perfectly located. We enjoyed the super easy access to a playa Norte as well as to town. The condo is so quiet in the evenings. We would love to come back sometime with family and rent both units side by side!
