Enjoy all seasons in the mountains in quaint Blairsden-Graeagle CA in our 4 bed 3 bath condominium at the Villas in Plumas Pines.

Comfortable home with a fully stocked kitchen, view of the mountains, and large grass area. The condo is situated in between the 5th and 8th holes on the Plumas Pines Golf Course and 0.5 miles (walking distance) to the Feather River. Its a short drive (4 miles) to the village shops, pond, tennis courts, other local golf courses, and hiking in Plumas National Forest. Also, less than 5 miles up the hill to the stunning Plumas-Eureka State Park in Johnsville - host to the crazy longboard ski races in the winter.

Completely furnished and recently spruced up, including new kitchen appliances, new linens and towels, new vinyl flooring, new curtains and blinds, master bedroom has newer Cal King bed, guest room has 2 full beds, fully equipped kitchen with new microwave and dishwasher, new washer and dryer, living room has pellet stove insert, Internet and smart TV, desk.

Private patio has furniture, gas fireplace and gas BBQ

(No daily maid service)

Pets OK if small and well behaved.

No smoking please.

Enjoy nature and get away from it all! This is a beautiful part of Northern California. Great hiking, biking, back-country skiing, kayaking, fishing, golfing, or just play and relax.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Collect all trash and place in the garbage can in the garage and make sure lid is secure. 2. Take all used linens - towels, sheets, etc. and place them on the floor in the downstairs bathroom.
3. Turn off the PELLET STOVE. 4. Make sure all heaters are turned down to 60 degrees. 5. Place all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher & start it 6. Please make sure no food is left in the barbecue.
7. Close & lock all windows & doors & put shades down & close them. 8. Check DVD & CD players for personal property. 9. Return all keys to the lock box & turn off all lights and fans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check out policies concerning bedding and towels must be adhered to or an additional fee will be assessed.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean and well appointed, but upon closer inspection it physically seemed a little tired. Updated furnishings and lighting and a little paint here and there would really bring some of the rooms to life. On the positive side, we enjoyed our stay and loved the area. The golf courses were fantastic!!We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful home for family time

Our group had several homes rented in the immediate area as we were there for a family wedding. The location allowed us to visit and spend time together, and this home provided a perfect spot to relax, with enough space to have quiet time when needed. The beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and easy to work in, and it was just a great stay. The instructions were good and clear checking in and checking out, and the hostess answered any questions we had quickly. Thank you for offering your lovely home for us to make new memories with our family.

This property was in a great location for attending a summer wedding in the area. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was great. It was very well equipped in terms of kitchen necessities. The house is a little dated and, while clean enough, the carpets could use a deep cleaning. Additionally, the garage cans in the garage, where we were supposed to place garbage, were full and, judging by the smell, had been for a while. This could have been a one-time oversight for sure and I wouldn't decide against staying here again based on any of this. It is a great location for a family home base for vacation, but it doesn't have AC, and did get a bit warm during the day in the Summer.

Hidden gem

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor patio has a barbecue and fire pit and a great view of part of the golf course. The four bedrooms worked very well for two couples and three young adults. In addition, we brought our two dogs who enjoyed being able to go on the back patio or out on the grass. There is no AC but we lucked out with the weather and they have fans in each room. When we had any questions, it was easy to get in touch with someone to answer them. Great hosts, and I would highly recommend this place. We will be back next year!
