Owners have lovingly thought of every detail including 6 bikes and a GEM electric car (details on GEM car below). The front porch welcomes you with wide glass slider doors to an indoor/outdoor cozy living/kitchen area with everything needed. There is an option to grill/eat out side porch. Living rm has a smart TV equipped for personal streaming. Home is centrally located and walkable to beach & Duvall str.

Quiet, Casa Marina area. We are 2-3 blocks from Higgs beach as well as the famous Louie`s Backyard Restaurant

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Key West in 2017 and have spent one month each year in various vacation homes/properties enjoying both the town and boating on the vibrant blue waters. Key West is a feeling of freedom for us. It's one of our favorite places on earth. We started searching for a perfect cottage home that we would love staying in but could function as a home for others to enjoy. This property is a private oasis, close enough to have fun and be in the middle of everything but away from the Chaos when we want quiet.
