Bright, beautiful, and just four miles from Bethany Beach, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome is waiting to provide your group with the vacation memories you deserve! On the ground level, you’ll find an open floor plan filled with comfortable furniture and attractive decor. There is a full kitchen equipped with all the appliances and counter space you'll need, a dining table with seating for six, and a breakfast bar with two barstools. The living area is perfect for catching up with old friends and planning your days in the sun. There is a primary bedroom suite on this floor as well.

Upstairs, you’ll find a lofted entertainment area with a well-equipped bar, a wall-mounted TV with Bose surround sound speakers, and plenty of comfortable seating. An added feature is that the TV is Bluetooth-enabled so you can listen to your favorite tunes using your personal device while you chill out after an adventurous day. This level also features the other two bedrooms and has a sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. There are two refrigerators, one in the kitchen and another in the garage. The townhome is conveniently located a short four-minute walk to the South Clubhouse with tennis courts and about a 10-minute walk to the North Clubhouse and Pool. Bishop's Landing features an outdoor pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball, a summer beach shuttle, walking trails, and catch-and-release fishing.

The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70.

THINGS TO KNOW
Key fobs are required to access the amenities. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
