Unwind at our comfortable coastal retreat located in the Villages of Bear Trap Dunes.

Bright and clean coastal décor accent our UPPER level 3 Bedroom non-smoking golf villa that sleeps 8.

The bedding is as follows:
Primary: 1 King bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed
Loft: Pyramid bunk with twin top bunk, full bottom and twin trundle
Living space features a queen sleeper sofa.

The Primary Bedroom features a private bath, spacious walk in closet, flat screen smart tv and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a flat screen tv, ceiling fan and is located next to the 2nd bath. The third bedroom is a spacious loft and features a flat screen smart tv, a blu ray disc player (with videos for your use) and ceiling fan.

The large kitchen has seating for 4 and includes all the comforts of home for your use including a ninja blender, crockpot, electric skillet and coffee maker. The dining area has additional seating for 6.

The bright living space has a vaulted ceiling, flat screen smart tv with blu ray player and many windows providing an abundance of natural light.

Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine on the screened porch overlooking the 8th green or read a book on the open deck attached to the porch.

Additional in-unit amenities include free wifi, a full size washer and dryer, blue tooth wireless speaker, high chair and pack and play. Fireplace is decorative only.

Bear Trap Dunes is an award winning 27-hole championship golf resort. Community amenities include har tru tennis courts, outdoor pools/baby pools(seasonal), year round indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball court and and an in-season beach shuttle. Use of amenities require an activity pass which may be purchased at the community pavilion.

Locally, enjoy surf fishing, Bethany Beach and boardwalk with shopping and free entertainment most nights (live music/movies on the beach), fine and casual restaurants, boating/SUP and biking/hiking on some of the nearby nature trails.

Nearby to the North: Enjoy tax-free outlet shopping, amusement rides/restaurants/bars/nightlife in Dewey Beach or Rehoboth.

Nearby to the South: Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD

This is an UPPER level villa. Enter to a flight of standard stairs that will bring you to the main living area with primary and secondary bedroom. Loft bedroom is accessed by another standard staircase.

All renters will need to bring their own linens and towels. Linen service is available, if interested. Pet owners, please see suitability for more information (dogs under 40 lbs, must be over 2 years, flea free and on a preventative). Bear Trap Dunes is a family resort style community. This villa is not suitable for student groups.
