This spacious house is perfect for your next family vacation. The open concept kitchen and living room is perfect for gathering around and enjoying each other's company. The private washer/dryer is a great convenience, and there is fast WiFi so you can stay connected.

The patio is great for grilling and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Be sure to take advantage and dine alfresco at the patio seating for six. A golf cart is included for getting around the neighborhood, and the shared pool is a great place to cool off, splash around, and make memories. The beach is just a short walk away, making this the ideal spot for your next vacation or getaway.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Vacation Dream

Loved the location and the room the vacation home had to celebrate my birthday with friends. The home is located minutes from everything. My friends and I were able to leave all the stresses of life behind and reconnect. I would recommend place to everyone it has everything from pool next door to fine dining just down the road.

Enjoyable stay

This home is great. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Loved that each room had its own full bathroom. Everything seems very new and good quality. Kitchen was not amply stocked for us…plenty of tableware and glassware but very minimal on casserole dishes, serving platters and other basics like salt and food storage. Loved the proximity to the beach and pool. Golf cart is a major plus! Really nice bikes too.

Thanksgiving Trip

The property was perfectly clean with a designer interior in a beach townhouse environment. But the management company left much to be desired. It took two calls and three days to get the paper towels that were supposed to be included. We never got the needed coffee maker directions. We couldn’t use the included golfcart because it had a dangerously low tire. There were a few things that we didn’t like about the unit - no toaster of any kind a and a Roku TV. Otherwise, the location was great and the feel of the house was lovely. We had a great time and the only reason we won’t stay there again is the management company.

Beautiful property

The property was beautiful. The proximity to the pool was awesome. The owner provided a golf cart for use, which was super helpful when going to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location

Great location, close to restaurants, walkable to beach, pool right next door. The hot water wasn’t working the first day we checked in, someone was able to come within the hour to fix it. Great customer service.
