Adventure awaits no matter the season at this fantastic family-friendly condo! Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private balcony, furnished with a gas grill and several chairs for taking in beautiful views. Inside, you will find a cozy lounge with a dining room for eight. This well-equipped kitchen will allow you to enjoy home-cooked meals while you recount the stories of the day. Ski at two nearby resorts (Winter Park and Ski Granby Ranch), or build up a fire in the wood-burning fireplace and cuddle up with a book. Soak in the alpine sights and enjoy water sports and shopping at Grand Lake. A desk workspace is set up upstairs for guests who need to work remotely between adventures. Come prepared enjoy yourself!

Beautiful location, great home!

Location is great for winter sports and close to Grand Lake for a fun outing. The home is lovely and inviting, had everything we needed and a beautiful view. Vacasa was quick to respond to our questions. A magpie visited us on the balcony and a family of deer wandered by in the evening. Highly recommend, a great place to stay.

Older home with Quirky Fixes

The location was great for our purpose. There were plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Bring your own cleaning supplies if you want to wipe down counters or stove. Bring dishwasher tabs if you want to run dishwasher. Wished I knew this before heading up. Things are a little disjointed in the kitchen, perhaps the follow up cleaners could organize the cabinets a little better. Otherwise, comfortable and quiet. Really all that you need.

Overall Dis-Satisfaction

Overall we were disappointed with the conditions of the condo. We knew that the unit was outdated with older appliances. Both bathrooms were very dated with the main shower falling apart. There were makeshift handles added vs. addressing the root cause. The kitchen appliances were vary dated as well, dining room table was falling apart, and the ceiling fans and pictures had major dust. The walls were so thin that you could hear children stomping in other units. If it were not for the views and location we would be seeking compensation back.

Nice place minus a few missed details

The place as nice for our family. Was quiet and well kept. Great views of the sunsets from the deck. The place is like it was top of the line furnishings in the 80’s. I wish owners would bring their families and stay in their own places once in a while. We’ve stayed in numerous rentals and I know that bringing in food is our responsibility but some spices and the basic stuff like spices or condiments and trash bags would be nice not to have to go buy at the store. We did find a single extra trash bag in the bottom of the trash can that we never discovered until we left (Mgmt said to look in the drawers and under the sink- none there). Was nice to have some games for the kids to play but they were lacking - I didn’t feel like teaching them how to play Hearts. A deck of cards or regular Uno would have been enough. And we would encourage the management to stock at least one hairdryer. Hopefully management fixes the new grill so that it actually will cook your food. Not sure what was wrong with it. We tried but we couldn’t use it. We let the manager know this at the time.

Also, while our home is stocked with cookware and utensils needed to prepare a meal, pantry items like spices are not stored for sanitary reasons and we apologize for any inconvenience.
