Granby is close to: Grand Lake- 16 miles, Winter Park- 20 miles, Fraser- 15 miles. Granby offers easy access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. Lake Granby is the third largest lake in Colorado. It is popular with anglers and is continually stocked with Trout and Kokanee Salmon. Don’t forget to take a refreshing dip in the Hot Springs at Hot Sulphur Springs- 12 miles away.

Building and Condo are Pet and Smoke Free

Lake Granby is the third largest lake in Colorado. It is popular with anglers and is continually stocked with Trout and Kokanee Salmon. Don’t forget to take a refreshing dip in the Hot Springs at Hot Sulphur Springs- 12 miles away.

Other things to note
Stairs- You will need to take stairs both up and down to access our condo. Approximately 27 stairs total. All condos at Mountainside have stairs you must take in order to access the condo, our unit is no exception.

Free Pool during summer time only, usually opens around the end of may. Hot Tubs are a short drive away at The Inn at Silver Creek, but are not free. The cost is approximately $10 per day/person paid in cash at their front desk.

The 3rd Bedroom is ATTACHED to the master bedroom and separated by a sliding wood door. You must walk in the master bedroom in order to enter the 3rd bedroom.

There is a $155 cleaning cost. Entire building is non-smoking and pet free.

The fireplace glass is VERY HOT. Do not touch it and be careful so your children do not touch it.

No smoking or pets per building policy. No comfort or emotional support animals, no exceptions. Must inform us if you are bringing a legal guide dog or other trained service animals.

For Winter Guests - We are a true ski in/out - most other units require a walk we located on the snowy slopes of Granby Ranch.
