Step off the porch and onto your own private dock, or take advantage of private ramp with access to the Apopka Chain Of Lakes, where you can enjoy fishing and various water sports. We are also home to many biking and running trails, so the options are endless for outdoor enthusiasts!
Return for a dip in the pool, an evening of R&R in our fully equipped condo, or enjoy all that small town life in Inverness has to offer!
Cypress Cove is only minutes to our quant little downtown, which is full of shops & restaurants, parks and scenic nature trails!.

The condo itself was nicely renovated. The top of the bunk bed was pretty shaky, my 14 year old had to put the mattress on the ground and sleep. The actual grounds is pretty rundown, pool area rundown. Overall quiet place and actual condo inside is nice.

Waterfront wonder!

The condo was spacious and comfortable but the best part was the canal the property sits on. Gorgeous trees with Spanish moss, cypress, and birds galore. Loved it!

Its a beautiful condo. Sitting on the balcony, with my coffee in the morning was delightful. Its very peaceful. The pool was fun. A nice way to cool off. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch, watching the birds and other wildlife. Having a washing machine and dryer was fabulous!!

Great owners & communication, cute place in a quiet neighborhood

Our stay was good overall. There were some major issues that occurred from the people checking out ahead of us, and did delay our checking in. However, Edith and RJ (owners) are on top of communication and called me immediately to discuss my options. We chose to wait until they had the house ready instead of a refund due to the holiday weekend and no where else to go. They made sure everything was back to their standards prior to check in and did a walk thru with us upon arrival that evening. I appreciate their honesty with the situation with the prior tenant and they worked hard to ensure those issues were resolved quickly and professionally. They checked in with us to ensure our stay was going well, and even gave recommendations for local things to do. Neighborhood was quiet, didn't get to use the community pool due to storms, but it looked clean and well kept. House was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Parking was assigned, so I never had to find a place. There were a few restaurants nearby, but we mostly spent time with our family at the beach in Clearwater. We would definitely rent again from Edith & RJ if we're ever back in the area. 💯.

I responded to every message you sent within the hour or less, most times immediately and asked several times if there was anything you needed to have a wonderful experience via the VRBO app and gave you my direct cell phone number to ensure you felt that you have open lines of communication and the ability to reach out for anything needed, but I didn’t hear from you until weeks after your stay to resolve the payment issue. Nonetheless, I will take your review into consideration and ensure I do better for future guests!
