Delight yourself with one of the greatest perks this retreat could offer: a private boat dock right behind the home! The boat ramp is shared with the other side of the duplex, but don't hesitate to bring your boat.

The sunny living area is complete with inviting sofas and a huge TV. From here, guests can easily access the extensive deck with unparalleled views of the water. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around - it's equipped with stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a double-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The game area upstairs provides guests with a secluded nook where they can challenge each other to entertaining foosball games or simply kick back and watch TV. Additional amenities include wireless high-speed internet, an outdoor shower, and a laundry room that is shared with the other side of the duplex.

Loved it!

This place was wonderful. The beds were so very comfortable. The couch was great too. Plenty of room. The porch was amazing. I soaked up the sun while reading a book and could still sew and hear the ocean. Perfect for someone that doesn't love all the sad. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved to place and location and would choose to stay there again. Our only issue is that the access code never worked in spite of repeated messages to the property manager so access had to remain unlocked during our stay. Also, the coffee pot did not work.

Great place

This was a great place and great location. Exactly as described. We had an issue with the key code not working and had to contend with and resolve that after a 6 hour drive. In terms of cleanliness, it seemed like housekeeping completely skipped the kitchen. The refrigerator handles, light switches had syrup/chocolate that could not be missed if you used them. The coffee maker was full of grounds and unusable. The exterior of the trash can had not been wiped down and had visible food splatter. No pets allowed however there was a well used dog leash stored in a kitchen drawer beside the dishwasher. The dishwasher was absolutely full of dishes that had not been loaded properly and therefore were not all clean. After giving the kitchen a good cleaning we had a great stay and would book again. I think the housekeeping issues were just a one time fluke because the rest of the house was very clean. This is a great vacation home.
