Enjoy my HOME AWAY FROM HOME on the beautiful North Topsail Beach of Topsail Island, NC. Our condo has an updated kitchen with all new appliances plus remodeled bathrooms and 3 flat-screen TVs and a computer, charging station in the living room area.

The cottage-styled 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully furnished condo overlooks both the ocean waves and the outdoor pool (open to guests May/Sept). Enjoy your morning coffee or the late afternoon sunshine on the comfortable balcony!! Our view is the photo on the slideshow overlooking the pool and ocean. All bedrooms have access to the balcony along with the living/dining room area. You can see dolphins from the balcony to the east and the intercoastal waterway and sunsets to the west. Our Master bedroom has a fantastic king-size new mattress, a flat-screen TV, access to the balcony & a private bath.
The 2nd bedroom has both a queen-sized bed w /memory foam and a set of bunks that have excellent memory foam toppers as well. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV as well. This room is perfect for the kids or it will even accommodate a family of 4. This has balcony access with plenty of dresser and closet space for all! The comfy double recliner sofa in the living room is great for a child or teenager to sleep on. We also have a Graco portable crib with sheets.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all sorts of meals. The living area has a computer workstation/charging station for all of your electronics.

The condo has a new front-load washer and dryer. These ARE FULL SIZE WHICH IS RARE IN THIS SIZE CONDO.

PLUS we offer full use of our outdoor owner's closet that includes all beach/outdoor equipment. We have beach chairs & umbrellas, sand toys, kites, tennis rackets & balls, basketballs, floatation devices, bats & balls, etc. oftentimes guests wear out items, and then they aren’t replaced so no guarantee what’s in the outside closet.

The outside closet gives our guests extra space for hanging their wet beach towels, leaving sandy flip flops, or storing their personal golf clubs!!!
We also have baby supplies such as a pack n play crib with sheets & a feeding chair for the little ones.

We have a keypad door locking system for our front door. This eliminates the worry about losing the condo keys at the beach.

Finally, we have personal cleaners for our condo's weekly cleaning service. So-- if you rent our condo, it will certainly be clean when you arrive with the sheets on the beds and the towels on the racks.
