Cute house, great stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute property. The house had everything we needed including plenty of coffee k-cups and bottled water. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the mornings and in the evenings, watching fireflies. I appreciate that Nelson, the host, responded quickly to my questions prior to us arriving. Overall, a great stay that I would recommend for anyone visiting the Mooresville area!

Amazing place

The house is really nice with a high yard. We brought our dog she loved the place and so did the kids. Nelson is great responds quickly and very friendly person. Next time we come back I'll will definitely check to see if this property is available. Thank you Nelson for everything.

We enjoyed a terrific stay at this Mooresville property! The home was cozy and comfortable. Nelson happily accommodated our request for an early check in and to add two guests to our reservation. It was by far the most well-stocked home that we've ever stayed in - above and beyond with paper products! The location was so convenient to the family that we were visiting and to stores in the area. (Traffic tends to zip by a bit quickly, so just be aware of that.) We'd happily stay here again! Thank you, Nelson, for being a fantastic host!

Very nice place out of the city but close to everything. Nice yard and back deck. I will definitely stay again if available. Needs a new grill, wanted to grill but was afraid to try and light it. Very nice and clean! The host responded very quickly when I had a question.

Maxine & I were so comfortable at Nelson's house we did not want to leave. The house is clean and inviting with an expansive back yard. He provides everything you need for your stay: body wash, hair dryer, paper towels, cooking utensils, spices, blankets. I couldn't have asked for anything else. Nelson was quick to respond about my inquiry regarding the tv and we love him for his hospitality.

Family vacation

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Mr. Nelson was very attentive. The house is small and cozy. The walls could use some paint. The white towels and wash clothes needed changed as they lost their natural white color. The nonstick pots and pans were scratched off. I was able to use one only. overall the house was nice.
