Gymnastics trip

It was very clean and organized. The beds and sheets were super comfy. There were plenty of clean towels. However, there were not enough supplies (toilet paper, paper towels,coffee, and ice trays) for three people over a weekend

Overall, our stay was nice and the property was clean, but there were a few hiccups that I feel future guests should be aware of.The listing stated that parties and events were welcome, but after booking, the host explained that this was a mistake in the listing. That was disappointing because the information provided in a listing plays a big part in choosing a property.We also had an issue with the AC not working properly, and someone had to come out early the next morning to service it. I understand that maintenance issues can happen unexpectedly, but when I’m on vacation, I like to sleep in, so having someone come early in the morning was a little inconvenient.Another important detail that I feel should be included in the listing is that someone lives downstairs with children. We found ourselves trying to walk very lightly and keep our conversations down because we didn’t want to disturb anyone. Had we known beforehand that another family lived downstairs, it would have helped us decide whether the property was the right fit for our trip.I also didn’t really agree with being asked to wash the towels and take out the trash when a cleaning fee is already included in the stay. I don’t mind cleaning up after myself, but I feel some of those tasks should be covered by the cleaning fee.With that being said, the property itself was clean and our overall stay was still nice. I just think the listing needs to be more transparent about the event policy and the downstairs o

Spacious &Convenient

Space was just what we needed. There is a tenant in the basement but entrances are separate so it's no inconvenience. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Only downside was having to wash the sheets and towels before we left. It was requested as part of check out. I feel that should've been included with the cleaning fee. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Other than that, the host was nice. All issues were addressed immediately.
