About this property

Cozy & Peaceful 1-Bedroom RV

The Cozy RV is located on our private property about 4-6 minutes from SFA University, Downtown, Museums, Parks. Trails and about 20 min from Lake Nacogdoches! The comfy queen bed sleeps 2 in the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. The cabinet has a few extra things you may have forgotten. There is also a hairdryer for your use while staying.

The cabinets outside of the bathroom have towels , wash cloths etc. There is a kitchen table with 4 chairs. The refrigerator contains bottled water, and a few sodas. There are complimentary snacks on the table. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with plates. cups, bowls, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils etc,. Enjoy watching Tv or reading on the sofa or in one of the two recliners! There is a picnic table outside on the patio along with a little table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Short or long stays welcome! Very quiet!
