Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located cottage. Located in the historic Pecan District off Raguet, this house is walking distance to SFA & Homer Bryce Stadium. Perfect for attending SFA tailgates, summer orientation, or parents' weekends. Close to the azalea gardens, native plant center & Lanana creek walking & biking trails. The house is newly updated with central heat & air, energy-efficient windows, & a remodeled bathroom. Yet, it still has the original hardwood floors, fun tile, shiplap & a large backyard for entertaining. Backyard is fenced & home is pet-friendly (pet deposit required).
