This brand-new, custom-built home was completed in 2022 and is located in the popular Maya Beach neighborhood on the Placencia Peninsula. Situated on 75 feet of white sandy beach on the Caribbean Sea, this retreat has all the comforts of home with endless activities nearby. The location of the home is simply unbeatable. You will be located next to nature and town - there are several upper-end and beach-style restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Eateries, bars, grocery stores, gas stations, ATMs, golf cart/car rental, mini golf, and bowling are all within a short drive. Placencia Municipal Airport is just five and a half miles away. The famous Placencia village is seven miles away and is where many of the snorkeling and diving excursions originate, although it is possible to snorkel right off the beach here at the house!

Admire gorgeous ocean views from the private pool, extensive patio areas, and nearly every corner of this open floor plan. The spacious pool patio offers guests views of the Caribbean Sea and plenty of comfortable and inviting seating options, including a custom outdoor dining table with a set of six cozy chairs along with two large couches and lounging chairs. There is a small thatch roof gazebo above the BBQ grill, outdoor cooking station, and hot/cold outdoor shower.

Inside, there are luxurious finishes throughout the home, including custom artwork and furniture made by local Belizean artisans. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with a gas range/oven, two dishwashers, and a full-size refrigerator. It is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, and small appliances. The inviting living area features an extensive sectional in front of a 65-inch smart TV with streaming services. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat also provides games, playing cards, and books. Sunrises are stunning, especially from the two main bedrooms and the grand room. There are AC units in each bedroom and in the grand room as well as TVs.

Really remarkable beach front rental. Perfectly set up for a family, with comfortable bedrooms on both sides of an open living / dining area. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything from good knives to all the equipment you might want. The views were incredible. Probably the cleanest vacation rental I've ever experienced! Great communication from rental agency. Safe, beautiful, fun. We are already trying to figure out how to come back!

Great Place on the Beach

Great open space for relaxing and amazing views of the ocean and patio. Everything was in great condition and absolutely no complaints. Perfect place to take family for a relaxing vacation and close to many restaurants for daily lunches and dinners.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful time in Placencia. My family and I really enjoyed all the different gadgets the house has. State of the art appliances, beautiful decoration, comfortable furniture. We really hope people appreciate the effort the owner of the property has put in setting up this beautiful place as much as we do. We felt just at home. Thank you for letting us enjoy it. Definitely we’ll Come back and recommend it. 100 pts!!

A Fantastic Place to Melt your Cares Away!

The home is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax, unwind and chill if that’s the prescription. The landscaping was picture perfect. The white sand, set against the backdrop of the blue water, was just stunning! The pool made all the difference when it came to cooling off! Most of the time we stayed in and around the pool if we were going to be at the house for any length of time. The concierge and Vacasa staff were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable in our stay. Will definitely be renting this home again when in Placencia, we are very pleased with our stay at Tres Palmas!

Peaceful Paradise

My friends and family were mesmerized from the moment that we walked in the door. The house is exactly as pictured. Absolutely breathtaking. It is located right on the beach so the breeze from the sea was constant and refreshing. The home provides everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. It’s located about 10 minutes away from town via golf cart so close enough to enjoy the town but isolated enough for peace and tranquility. This house exceeded my expectations. Beautiful space and definitely a must see! We will come again!

Everything you need!

We have stayed in many, many vacation homes and I am not sure if there are many I would rate higher than this one. Communication was excellent. It was perfectly clean. The recommendations for food and fun were on point. Air conditioning worked perfectly—Loved having units in each room for different taste preferences. The pool was so nice and we used it almost everyday. But above all of this, it was completely comfortable and equipped for each of our needs: beds were great, couch was plenty big, dining was comfortable. We were a family of five with three teens and we all had plenty of room. We cooked in and found the supplies/spices/cookware to be all we needed and more.

Everything you could ask for.....

Fantastic modern beach home, perfect for the idyllic vacation. Two masters with on-suite bathrooms and sliding doors to the beach front. A third bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. We needed for nothing that was not perishable food items. If you are not familiar with Placencia, it is a bit more rustic than many tourist destinations, but that is also a significant portion of it's charm. A binder is prepared for all your needs, stores, restaurants, excursions, etc. Snorkeling off the beach, just 100ft out or so is terrific, live coral gardens with wildlife, as well as seagrass beds that also hold additional corals and wildlife. Had a terrific vacation, would definitely stay again!

If you're thinking on booking this home for vacation DO IT!!! You will not regret it. We spent a week there and it was beyond expectations. The owners left out NOTHING. Home has it all. Hands down the cleanest, most BEAUTIFUL home we've ever stayed in. Area is very safe and the people are so friendly. We became friends with Bo ( the dog next door) if dogs aren't your deal, no worries.. the Neighbors will not let him visit you if that's the case. There's plenty to do in the area or stay at the oasis and chill which we did two full days we were there. 10/10 recommend to all our Friends. Go & enjoy. If the owners read this.. YOU ROCK!!!!

Beautiful home. Great location

The only problems were the patio door would not lock. Communication was terrible. No response to my initial questions for a week then no response at all when I requested help with the doors. Other than that no complaints. The kitchen was extremely well supplied but this is not an area to leave doors unlocked day and night and it made us all very uncomfortable.

Tres Palmas Beach House

We spent 12 Days at the Tres Palmas Beach House in Maya Beach, Belize and absolutely loved it. The house was spotless when we arrived and the layout of the house was perfect for three couples. The kitchen was well stocked with every gadget, small appliances, cookware, dishes and storage containers. The spice drawer was quite extensive as well which allowed us to to cook amazing meals with all the fish we caught. The bedrooms and baths were quite comfortable with excellent quality linens & bath towels. Having a washer and dryer available was so nice, so we didn't have to pack tons of clothes. The outdoor living space and pool was where we spent most of our time with an array of comfortable seating, lounges and dining space. The outdoor kitchen area was also great for grilling. We have rented numerous houses up and down Maya Beach over the last 14 years, and Tres Palmas Beach House is by far our favorite. The attention to detail and comfort was well thought out, and you won't be dissapointed.
