2024 UPDATE - Two new Bathrooms with custom porcelain tile and Kohler fixtures just completed for the 2024 rental season. LOCATION on Marco Island Matters. Ideally located Marco Island 2-bedrooms 2-bathrooms condo which is filled with natural light and huge 300 sq ft lanai. Interior space opens up with multiple sliding doors onto lanai. The condo is close to many local shops and eateries in South Marco Island. Condo was NOT impacted by Hurricane Ian.
Walk to South Beach located across the street - short walk.
Beach chairs, beach umbrella and Beach towels included with rental.
New for 2024, Porcelain tile floor on lanai as well as ceiling fans and outdoor sofa!
