This 14th floor premiere wing unit has everything you will need or want for the perfect beach vacation. Watch the sunsets from the balcony, living and dining room or master bedroom. Overlooking the Gulf, beach and Tiger Tail Beach and Wildlife Preserve your wraparound balcony has the best view on the island. Watch the sunrise from the back deck off the kitchen while you have your coffee. South Seas is a gated community with heated pools, boat docks for your boat, Pickleball courts with friendly organized play during high season, Har-tru tennis courts, bocci ball, shuffleboard, exercise room and 3 1/2 miles of beaches. Walking distance to restaurants, Nail salon, 7-11 store, laundromat, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain in the unit. Since we have no buildings or condos next to us the view is spectacular, come rain or shine, from every window in every room. The condo has everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach towels, umbrellas, a large cooler on wheels, beach chairs, toys, etc. Perfect for two couples or a family!

This is a well maintained condo with beautiful views. The beach is amazing and restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We had a great vacation and look forward to returning next year!

Marco Island Stay

South Seas Tower 4, #1403 is by far one of the best VRBO locations we have stayed in. The location on the beach was perfect and the views from the balcony were incredible. The condo's kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The swimming pool was heated and so nice to sit and read. We really enjoyed our visit and will plan on returning.

A great vacation on Marco Island!

We enjoyed another great vacation this year on Marco Island. The condo is on the beach with beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants and shopping and the people staying at South Seas are friendly and very helpful. We love the security, convenience and location of Nancy's condo. It is well equipped, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation and we look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful view and great location!

Absolutely love this condo! It’s is so close to Tigertail beach which is one of my favorite beaches. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. It had everything we needed to be comfortable including beach chairs and beach towels. The laundry was close by and it was so easy to load the card. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation on Marco Island

We enjoyed our vacation in this quiet, well maintained condo on the beach. The views are amazing and the condo is comfortable and well equipped. We love the casual life style, beach access, and proximity to restaurants and shopping. The fitness center in building 3 is an added bonus. Thank you Nancy for a wonderful, relaxing vacation! Marco Island is beautiful!

Very well kept condo! Beautiful ocean views from this condo You can watch the sun set from the balcony facing the ocean and it even has a little balcony where you can watch the sun rise in the morning on the other side. We loved it!

Family Vacation!

This condo is amazing. Its decor is beautiful and the views are spectacular. Sunsets from the large balcony can't be beat. I feel that the view from the balcony is better than a sunset cruise. The complex is beautiful also. We loved our beach walks every day This condo is a rare find.

Wonderful Vacation on Marco Island

We had another great vacation on Marco Island. The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf, is well maintained and is convenient to shopping and dining. The shared fitness center in tower 3 is well maintained and the equipment is new. The building is quiet and the beach is beautiful. We love it. Thank you Nancy!

Marco Island gem

To start with, this condo exceeded our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and well kept with nice updates to the kitchen in particular. The views from the balcony were amazing where you could watch the sunrises and sunsets. The pool area and the grounds around the buildings are meticulously groomed. This is our second year staying at South Seas and we plan on returning. We hope we can get this same condo again.

Sunsets are spectacular!

Simply stunning views from balcony, main bedroom and living area. Quiet vacation spot. Beach beautiful, shell finding great fun! A bit of a walk to beach (about 15 mins on sand but good to know). Property has beach buggy to use or not. Communal laundry facilities easy to access and very clean. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Good to know about $100 parking fee. Great place to make great memories!

South Seas Tower 4

Corner unit on 14th floor with a great view of the Gulf . Unit was decorated. The only issue was the TV in living room only had streaming wasn't able to watch regular TV channels.

Great Condo with lovely views of beach and Marco Island!

We loved this end unit condo! It was well maintained and had a great view from lots of windows and a wrap around balcony. In the morning you can grab a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise on the small balcony off the kitchen. At sunset we were able to have appetizers on the large balcony that wraps around from the master suite to the dining room. The owners work hard to make your stay pleasant. Location is great for local restaurants. We loved walking to two local breakfast spots. Get there by 8:15 to avoid the rush during busy weeks. Well stocked condo with beach chairs, toys, bedding, towels all the things you need for a great beach vacation.

Not as great as we had hoped for

The views are beautiful and the actual condo is pretty nice. The fan in the master bedroom is extremely loud and the shower in the guest bathroom will take your skin off it is so hard. Unfortunately, the property is under some major construction right now and by 8:00 am, there is loud drilling, hammering and pounding all over the building. It continues until 5:30 pm every day. The elevators are extremely slow and the pool area is not very kid friendly (no balls, no horse play and no diving). Also, to get to the actual beach is a very, very long walk. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Beautiful Sunsets from the Balcony!

Condo was very nice. Nice pool. Quite a walk to the beach and there are no bikes ect.. we had to rent a cart and a wagon ( 2 young children ) we also rented an additional 2 chairs and an umbrella. Condo had 1 decent sand chair-lots of toys. There was an odor at times in the condo, rotten egg smell. We did call and were told it was the sewerage and was normal. We did not cook much in the condo, but it was well equipped. We had magnificent sunset views and it was very quiet. There was primarily an older crowd here. Not much to do on the end of the beach we were at, but we liked it this way. Again its approx 1/2 mile walk to the gulf. Tiger tail bay area closer where there are rentals-kayaks, paddle boats etc..but again we prefer the ocean. Beds are comfortable as well, but could have used softer pillows.

Wonderful Condo with great views!

We just returned this past weekend and this condo is everything the pictures show. We loved this place, it was very clean, updated and we used the kitchen and it was great also. We ran the dishwasher and it also smelled like rotten eggs. I told the office and they think it was from someone leaving something in the disposal, which we never used. We did run hot water down it and the next time the dishwasher smell was gone. Many people at the pool said their unit was old and not updated. I think we got a wonderful deal and it was nicely updated. I would go back to this place again. All of the keys were a bit annoying to get there and not know what to use them for, but we figured all of them out except for one. I had to purchase a card for the laundry, it wasn't $5, it was $20 + another $5, oh well, I left it in the condo for the next family. I was happy to do laundry before coming home. And yes, another good beach chair and a cart would be perfect.

Beautiful, Clean, Condo on the Beach

This is a great 14th floor condo overlooking Tiger Tail beach. The larger west and and north facing balcony is absolutely fantastic and we spent most evenings sitting on it with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The place was perfect for our family of 5 with three girls between 7 and 11. I really appreciated that there was a working ice maker in the freezer! Nancy provided a beach cart, a few beach chairs, and some shovels and sand castle buckets for the kids, which we did not expect but were very happy to have! The cart was a must have since while the condo is right on the beach, the beach is really, really, wide so it takes a minute to walk across it to get to the ocean. Not having to try to carry 5 chairs, the beach bag, and our cooler made the walk to the water that much easier. The building itself is very well maintained. There is a pool shared by tower 3 and 4 that was heated and is pretty large. There were also 4 other pools on the property that you could use if that pool was too crowded or you wanted a change of scenery. With grocery stores close by, and a fairly well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook all our own meals rather than go out during this time of COVID. We had no negative issues at all during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property because of the spectacular views! There are no buildings next to us to impede our view. We can watch sunsets every evening from our large wraparound deck and sunrises from the second deck off the kitchen every morning. We can see Naples in the distance to the north of us. We also love that you can see the beautiful views from everywhere in our unit. When we bought our unit there was a wall between the kitchen and living room. When we learned that we could take out the wall and put in a counter with bar stools we were thrilled. The fact that our unit had been built by the previous owner who put in lots of premium extras like marble window sills, no metal doors, etc. was a very nice plus. Marco Island is the perfect size for us, not too big and not too small. There are many wonderful restaurants, lots to do and close to Naples if you want even more to do! We honestly do not want to get off the island whenever we are there. We hope that you love our second home and much as we do!
