A new building is currently under construction next door to Prince Resort. As this condo is a corner unit, guests may experience construction noise beginning as early as 7:00 AM and visible construction activity during daytime hours. This project is expected to continue through May 2027. To offset this inconvenience, the rental rate has been adjusted to reflect the temporary conditions. We appreciate your understanding, as this is outside of our control.

Great location, beds were comfortable, perfect location to the pier if you want to fish, pools were warm/clean.

I chose that place because of the panoramic view of the ocean. When we arrived, there was construction going on, so we could not view the ocean from the long window on the left side of the main room.
