Longtime in Coming Vacation!

We haven't had a beach vacation in about 10 years. We had a great time even though the weather didn't quite cooperate the first few days. The condo was really nice! Scott Bittner was a great host and extremely nice to work with. He answered all my questions and made some really good suggestions on places to eat.

Beautiful location and waking up to the sunrise everyday can't be beat!

Everything was perfect for our month-long break from the cold. While the weather wasn't warm, we certainly made the best of it with the sunrise on the beach and visiting the local art shops and museums. I would recommend staying in any of the Bittner's locations as they are fantastic to work with and provide beautiful properties. Until next time.....

Myrtle Beach E3 stay

This condo was such a wonderful place to stay. Everything we needed for a great week was available. Beds werecomfy, kitchen was well stocked and the balcony was ourfavorite part. Looks right at the ocean and was a wonderful place to sit and listen to the waves wash in. The buildingis right by the beach and there is also a pool with lots of room and chairs.All the places we wanted to visit in North Myrtle Beach were really close. Lots to do and lots of great shopping and eating.Scott was great to work with. Gave us very clear arrival instructions and very clear instructions for leaving.I would definitely stay there again. Loved every minute.

Can't beat the view!!

Beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, clean and extremely welcoming, conveniently located to restaurants, Barefoot Landing and many other stores and attractions! Wonderful hosts who answered any questions we had within minutes!! Would definitely rent there again!! CAN'T BEAT THE VIEW!!! I give it 5 stars!!

Excellent Location and Views

We had a great stay! The balcony and its views are the best part. While visiting during March, the temps were decent, but when the wind picked up it could be chilly. However, the balcony has walls at either end and wraps around a bit, so you could still enjoy outside and be blocked from the wind depending on its direction.While we didn't really cook while we were there, the space seemed to be stocked with everything one would need to prepare meals in the condo.In the end, this is a great space and has the essentials to enjoy a quick or extended stay. I would not hesitate to book this space for my next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Great place in North Myrtle Beach

Our family stayed for a week. The unit was very nice and was well setup. Rooms were nice size and furnishing were in very good condition. The view of the ocean was excellent. The communication with the owner was excellent. He reached out to us on our day of check to give us an update on the unit. I would highly recommend the unit and working with Scott.

Very nice location. Cleaning could be better.. floors were dirty and bathroom exhaust fans were dirty. Toilet seats old and double bed was uncomfortable.

Beautiful Sunrises from the balcony

Condo Unit was very lovely and welcoming. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Beds were very comfortable. Great Sunrises from the balcony and a real nice feel of being on the beach for my sister who was limited to go out and onto the beach.. Master bathroom plumbing really needs an upgrade, other than this issue, we had a lovely stay.

This unit is conveniently located on the third floor of the complex--no excessive stair hiking. The elevator for the building is within 30 feet of the front door so as to make your luggage burden minimal. This condo's balcony is very large and offers access from the living room as well as the master bedroom.
