Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house, well stocked kitchen,. The house is very near the beach . You can walk to On da Beach , Firefly and Abaco Inn. It’s a short 10 -15 min golf cart ride to town or Seaspray . Clara was very friendly and easy to work with during our stay. Power was out twice on the island but the house has a generator so it was not an issue. Nice having beach towels and cooler to use for boating or beach days.

Perfect house for family getaway

The separate bedrooms were great to provide us with our own space, while the living room and decks were very comfortable and had spectacular views.The fully equipped kitchen was a dream to cook in and had everything we needed.Everything was very clean and super comfortable. We loved the location and the short stroll to the beach every day.

Clara, the caretaker, took care of us perfectly. The fresh flowers throughout the house were a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the ocean. Awesome House, Great Location, Amazing Views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off, Monica took fantastic care of us. She met us at the dock with a van and helped us move six coolers and a bunch of supplies to the house with a smile. Then, my wife lost her phone in the middle of the trip and Monica activated the Hope Town network. The phone was found and returned very quickly. We spend 2-3 vacations a year in rental houses, and we cook a lot. This house’s kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have experienced. The views from the house were amazing. We loved the location, which was in between the Settlement and White Sound. The two grocery stores were right around the corner. We kept our boat at the Sunset Exclusive docks - which was also close by - and a shout out to Junior, who was also great. While it would not prevent me from staying here again, the grill was weird. It was a countertop grill place on the deck. I had to kneel to use it. It was out of place for a property of this caliber.
