We were four couples who stayed at Bart's for a long weekend. We had a great time. House was big enough for everyone to have their space and privacy. The pool and hot tub were great! We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Really enjoyed our stay at Arabian Crest. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Any minor issues we had were resolved quickly and the hosts were accommodating and flexible with our schedule. The backyard was relaxing and peaceful and our children enjoyed the pool.

Listen to the previous reviews. My biggest mistake was assuming the owners had fixed the issues mentioned by past guests. They have not.I'm currently requesting a refund of the cleaning fee and 15% of our stay because of the poor condition of the property, constant interruptions, and the difference between what was advertised and what we experienced. Despite nonstop communication, very little was resolved.Before booking, ask for recent photos or proof the issues have been addressed.We had to clean the bedding before sleeping because we found earwigs, hair, and crumbs in multiple beds. The kitchen had bugs, dirty dishes with lipstick marks, used knives placed back in the block, limited cookware, no dish scrubber, and dirty cabinets. One ceiling fan didn't work and was a safety hazard, and the headboards had stains and fingerprints.Outside, there were live and dead cockroaches and rotting fruit in the yard. The property's biggest selling point, the cabana and slide, was also disappointing. The cabana was torn and dirty, the slide didn't work, and the replacement they provided after we complained was inadequate.I could say much more, but I'm out of characters. I would not recommend staying here, and I strongly suggest asking for proof that these issues have actually been corrected before booking.

Positive: Large spaces, particularly dining and living room areas. Patio and outdoor areas very nice with lemon and orange trees. Two large master suitesNegative: Kitchen dishes and cooking equipment (pots, pans, dishes etc) inadequate for this size house. We were a group of 5 and were constantly struggling to come up with enough cooking pans, and trays. No containers for storing cooked food. Dishes would not be sufficient for larger group. Pool heat did not work for us, but money was refunded.

National Conference

Definitely tops in the several places we have stayed throughout the country. Clean. Spacious. Great amenties! The pool was right on time for a hot week in Phoenix. Location was less than five minutes from the main road for access to groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

The house was ok…. That’s it just ok. There were some issues with the stay including poor response from the property manager who didn’t reply after we had some issue. The house appeared a bit dirty or not as clean as others we have been in. The ceiling had water stains, apparently from a a leak. The house did not cool properly or efficiently. We ran the ac’s nonstop the entire stay-day and night. The t-stat had a flashing “clean filter” the entire stay. The outside water sprinkler ran continuously for the entire stay. There were some holes in the drywall, rusty bathroom air returns and many different small things that needed repair. The game room with pool table was nice, but none of the pool cues had felt on the tips (there were 7) we loved to play pool and wanted to take advantage of this feature in the house but couldn’t, we texted the number for help getting some tips with no response. WE HAD TO PURCHASE 4 STICKS FROM BIG 5 down the road. Some of the lights were out in the game room as well. Timer for the spa attached to the pool never shut off after turning on. The igniter on the grill broke off when I tried to start the grill. Had to use a lighter. Many loose faucets in the master bathroom. For the price we paid, I would have expected a much nicer place. I was disappointed by the condition of this place. In my opinion, the management company of this house should actually visit the property to see for themselves the issues I have mentioned. .

The house worked well for our group of 7 adults and the overall layout was one of the better features. The upstairs setup with 3 bedrooms and 2 detached full baths, along with 2 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths on the main floor, gave everyone enough space and privacy.That said, the home could really benefit from a deep clean and some general maintenance/upkeep. We noticed several superficial issues throughout the property including chipped paint, squeaky ceiling fans, broken pool cues, and outdoor pool lights that did not work. The kitchen also needed a more thorough cleaning before use. We mainly used the stove for breakfast and the outdoor grill for dinners, but the grill needed to be cleaned and the gas had been left on when we went to use it.One concern worth noting was that neighboring homes had signs posted about “no rentals,” which made us a little uncertain about the area’s relationship with short-term guests.The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool. It was professionally cleaned while we were there and ended up being the best-maintained part of the property. Overall, the home was functional for a larger group, but with better cleaning and some maintenance updates, the experience could be significantly improved.

The house was probably awesome in its day. Needs some major updates and maintenance. There is a freestanding hot tub because the other doesn't work takes of all of the pool area. Slide is inoperable. Backyard was flooded so unusable for the kids. Jetted tub in master inoperable, ice maker inoperable. Dryer vents into the house so caused allergy problems for most of us. Kitchen didn't have enough silverware glassware for 12. No serving bowls. Again needs a good cleaning and some attention.

I understand that there was a few things that were not perfect but pretty surprised by the 2 star review as that is way outside the norm for any other guests that have stayed here. Almost Perfect

This large house was just about perfect for our family’s get-together. It is well-furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of seating, and the kitchen was fully supplied. The backyard/pool area is beautiful. However, we paid to have the pool heated, but it was not warm at all. The spa was great, though. Overall, our stay was a very pleasant experience.

Pool heater quit on the second day. Owner did send someone out, but they couldn’t fix the problem.Wi-Fi also went out on the second day. House was a perfect size for my family and the kids enjoyed the basement rec room. Bottom dishwasher rack needs to be replaced or repaired. Frame around microwave needs to be replaced or repaired.Still really enjoyed the house.

Great spot!

We were four couples on a golf trip. The house was everything it was claimed to be. Very comfortable, large spaces, especially the kitchen, which could handle many cooks at once. The back yard and pool were wonderful. The men of the group appreciated the lower lever games room after the ladies went to bed. All in all, a wonderful place and would love to stay again in the future. BART was easy and quick to communicate with. Thanks Bart!
