City of Scottsdale Short-Term Rental/Vacation Rental License ID #2023228. AZ Transaction Privilege Sales Tax License ID #21357618. Property shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). Property cannot be used as an event center, wedding venue, or party house. Guest house occupied, but available and offered at an additional price. Noise curfew from 10 pm and after 6 am; civil and financial penalties apply.

Property Rules and Other Information:
Property only available for use by registered guests; fines including cancellation without refund may apply. Reservations are limited to the number of guests in accepted booking. Subletting is prohibited. Additional nights may be added at published rates if available. Primary guest must be in attendance at check in; no third-party check-ins allowed. Government-issued identification required upon check-in. Be considerate of neighbors; outdoor quiet time required between the hours of 10 pm to 6 am. Guests responsible for any fines, tickets and / or violations issued. Noise, occupancy, or other unlawful violations will result in immediate removal from property. Adults (parents and/or guardians) are required to be outside when children under 12 are in the pool. Noise sensors and security cameras on exterior of property. No smoking or pets allowed; a $1,500 cleaning, deodorizing, and a sanitizing fee will be charged. Guests shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and/or loss to the property. Owner is not liable for injury, loss or damage to any person or his/her possessions. Guests must comply with all owner and property rules and may be subject to penalties, including cancellations with no refund. Property owners next door. See rental agreement for additional details. The pool can be heated to 83 degrees for $100 per day; a solar blanket will cover the pool at night and when not use to maintain temperature. Heating the pool requires 24 hours’ notice. Ambient temperature at night may affect heating conditions.
