New Modern Designer 3B/4B Townhouse with Secure Parking in downtown

Relax at this newly constructed, lovingly designed, custom-built 2-story modern townhouse. All appliances, furnitures, beddings are brand new. 8 min drive from SJC, 15 min walk to SJSU, City Hall, 7 min walk from Japantown, close to Coleman shopping center, HWY 87, SAP Center, Convention Center, heart of downtown. Fully stocked european kitchen, parking w/ security gate, in-unit washer/dryer, designer bathrooms,rainfall showers, strong Wi-Fi , work desks, lounge chair in each room & much more.

The space
This is a 2-story townhouse on a multi-unit property, it can accommodate maximum of 6 people (counting your non-overnight visitors) at any given time, so it is not suitable for gatherings that are more than 6 people at any time. For example if your group is already 6, then you will not be able to invite any visitors. If your group is 5, then you can invite 1 visitor.

Downstairs: Kitchen, living room, dining area for 6, sofa/sleeper, full bath, laundry, backdoor goes to the private patio

You will have your own private entrance. The only shared space is the driveway/parking lot.

Note: Your back patio is yours but can be accessed by housekeeping and maintenance. We ask you to be considerate about your surroundings, our neighbors, other guests by not running TV, playing music, talking loudly at the back patio or inside your unit.

A mandatory full cleaning with sheets/towel changes every 2 weeks will be arranged at guest's expense (the same rate as your departure cleaning fee you pay at booking) for longer stay.

Guest access
You will have your own private entrance to your unit. The only shared space is the driveway/parking in the back.

You will get two parking spots at our parking lot. Parking space is very narrow, and may not be able to accommodate large size vehicles or trucks, if that is your case, you might have to search for street parking, it is free. If you bring only one car, then there is no restriction, occupy the center, on half of each spot if you wish.

Your back patio is yours but can be accessed by housekeeping and maintenance. We ask you to be considerate about your surroundings, our neighbors, other guests by not playing music, talking loudly at the back patio.

Do not open or access beyond the wooden fence door that has "Authorized Personnel Only" sign in your back patio.


Other things to note:
--We have cameras on the exterior of the home for security reasons.
--EV charging must be pre-arranged with host, fee may apply.
--We do not have mailbox hence no postal services, however you can still arrange package/food deliveries directly with vendors.

--Don't be alarmed when you see housekeeping at your back patio, they may need to access the storage room from there.

--Same-day that has a check-in also has a check-out happens in most of our bookings. Housekeeping has a very narrow window to finish the cleaning, early check-in/late check-out are rarely offered and cannot be promised ahead of time, still you can let us know your need and desire but must have a plan based on our default check in/out time; we do not want to see things that are outside of our control ruin your experience. We will inform you if the schedule allows on the date.

Modern Townhouse Japantown
The townhouse is modern and clean with all new amenities. Living room and kitchen space are quite small but we managed with three of us.The location is another plus point for downtown and freeways. Everything was easy and clear from check in to check out with Cecillia as the host. Recommend it for small group.

Downtown gem!
We were very happy with our recent stay. The property was immaculate and filled with upgrades (kitchen, flooring, beds and bedding, bathrooms) and well decorated. Likewise the gate and security ensured a safe stay. They property is a short walk from a grocery store (Cardenas) so we were able to easily get provisions for a few meals in. Likewise, there was plenty to do within a short drive (Japantown and San Pedro Market, for example) and there was easy access to highways for other excursions. We look forward to our next stay.
