It was a lovely home. The only things that weren't perfect was the wifi, simply couldn't keep a connection and a lack of some basics in the home ie: cleaning products in the kitchen to wipe down the counters etc.

The place was absolutely wonderful! The pool water was cool and the barbecue is less than I’m used to. But the gulf water was able to overcome those small disappointments.

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful property with views of the ocean. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The property manager actively communicated with us before and during our stay.

Beautiful

Needed housing for 11 and this was perfect. We wanted to be able to grill and have nice views and this house was perfect.

Beach house Bliss was BLISS

This house is stunning, it had everything we needed, ample towels, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and furnishings, the pool was clean, the game room was a favorite gathering spot with lots to do, for all ages! The elevator was incredible to utilize and our blind dog knew to go there when needing to navigate the house and it was just a short walk to the pier and lovely beach. I highly recommend, we have stayed many places and this is at the top of our list!

Decided last minute to getaway for the 4th of July luckily for us Beachhouse Bliss was available! Beautiful home, great communication with property management. Hurricane Beryl was coming and they were wonderful to work with letting us know how to get the house ready. Highly recommend!!

Fun time

Beautiful home with amazing decoration and art. Had everything you would want. Close to the beautiful family beach. Close to great restaurants and attractions. Management was very responsive and even let us stay late because our plane was not leaving till 630. Only drawback was the icemaker was very slow with nine of us. We use lots of ice. Would stay here again or another property with this management company. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

Location location location!

Our family of 8 had an amazing time at Beachhouse Bliss. The house is stunning with plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was great, a little chilly for the season but the kids still braved the cold for some fun. The best part though, has to be the proximity to the beach. It’s a short walk to.the boardwalk and then a huge expanse of white sand Before the gulf. We were on the beach almost everyday multiple times a day. A little weird having cars driving by, but even on the busier days the beach wasn’t over crowded and we had a time of space to enjoy and relax the day away in the sun.

Great family home

We enjoyed our stay at Beach House Bliss. Pool was a perfect placec to relax and play. We were disappointed that the a/c in game room wasnt working even after repeated requests to make sure it was. Check in to property was inconvenient. After arriving we made several attempts to use the door code and finnally called the property office. We were told we had to make a 15 min trip in to town to get a key. With small children tired from a long day that wasn't convenient for us. After that minor occurrence our family had a fun and memorable vacation.

Should have been better

This was one of the most beautiful vacation homes I have stayed at, it's also one of the most poorly managed homes I have stayed at. We never revived our code to the front door. When I called the after hours number I was given a code that didn't work. When I called again I was put on hold. Luckily the back door was left unlocked and we were able to get in. There were towels, sheets, and blankets that were stained. Pots and pans that were dirty. The mosquitoes at night were intolerable. I understand being outside always has the possibility of being effected by any number of critters but a heads up or warning about the mosquitoes would have been welcomed so we could prepare appropriately. There were no trash bags stocked in the home, again a warning or heads up would have been great. The trashcans outside reeked of dead fish and there were flies everywhere because of it. This house as I mentioned is absolutely stunning but deserves much better attention to detail and the customer's experience. Out of all of that, the door code issue was the most infuriating because multiple reviews have been written regarding this issue and obviously the management company did not care enough to ensure it never happened again. We will not be back.

Beautiful home

The home was incredible with a beautiful view, the elevator came in handy for the grandparents and overall the home was stunning! Smelled like new, the board walk was so close by and there was so much to do for entertainment at the home. Definitely recommend

No Go Service

House was great but service not so much we weren't able to get in the house when we arrived and called and the lock code was never changed from the previous guests I was told maintenance would come out and change it and they never showed so I called the after hours service and left my information and asked about the elevator in the home since 3 stories of stairs was pretty rough for our handicapped family member but never received a call back and maintenance never showed up either.

BEACHHOUSE BLISS

This is a beautiful house that we would rent over and over again. Unfortunately the Silver Sands lack of service put a damper on our trip. The lockbox was broken upon arrival and it took us 3 hours and 5 phone calls to get a key. We never received requested return phone calls from them, including requesting instructions on how to return the key upon checkout. They did give us a nominal credit for our trouble ($277 off of an $8500 rental) but again only after repeated calls to them. Did not really compensate for 11 people waiting in the heat for over two hours. The only complaint we have for the homeowner is that there were no cushions for the outside furniture although it was clearly intended to be used with cushions and as a result it was very uncomfortable and unusable. Again, we inquired about this upon check in and Silver Sands said they would pass it on to housekeeping. We called them 3 times on this over 4 days but were finally told on check out that the owner does not provide cushions. I would absolutely recommend this gorgeous house but I will rent it next time from AirBnB as Silver Sands does not provide any added value.

Family Beach Trip

The house was perfect for our family of children and grandchildren. The access to the beach and having the pool in the backyard was exactly what we needed. The house was equipped with everything we needed for cooking for a large family and sleeping a large family. The only complaint is that the house had very bad ants in all rooms. The bedrooms had ants at the time we arrived before unloading food. We got spray and tried to spray the rooms but when we left they were still there. Other than that the house is a complete winner. We will be back.

Blissful Beach House

It was super relaxing sitting on the upper deck. It was so peaceful listing to the stillness with the waves crashing on the beach in the background at night with the moon and starts giving just the right amount of light. Perfect place to unwind 😊

Beach house bliss

The beach house was new and nicely decorated. All our family commented on how beautiful the beach house was put together. It seamed to be built exclusively for a beach short term rental. There was enough parking for five full size vehicles. We did not have to park on the street. The kids loved the pool and the bunk beds. My grandson said, “It was the best beach party ever”. That makes it well worth it. My family could not thank me enough for finding the beach house bliss. And, I could not thank Shana enough for being such great host. To future guests, I could only tell you that the Beach House Bliss is the place to stay while in Port Aransas. Man, it was nice.

Amazing weekend

We absolutely loved the house but a few things were worth mentioning. The ice maker in the freezer barely made ice, just noting to check to make sure everything is good with it. Also, the garbage disposal kept tripping the GFI and every time we had to use it we had to reset it. Also, there were no pans which made cooking difficult. Also, no grilling utensils which made it difficult to use the grill. Aside from this, everything was perfect and we would absolutely come back to this beautiful home!
