We really enjoyed our stay at Olive with a Twist. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the coffee pods and creamer! The host even had tissue boxes in every room, which seems like a small thing but was a really nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and we also enjoyed the private backyard. We will rent this home again if we visit Paso Robles again!

The home is beautiful and would be five stars with attention to every detail. Comfortable beds nice kitchen equipped. Clean and very niceBoth bedrooms have a flood light from the neighbors house which illuminates both bedroom like you have a light on in the room.The shades in the house are beautiful but do not block this flood light. I’m sure black out shade or curtains would fix this problemBeautiful property shame about the lighted bedrooms

Staying at “Olive With A Twist“ was sheer perfection. The check-in and communication and ability to call or text the owner anytime was greatly appreciated. However, it was not necessary because everything was perfect. The beautiful flowers attracted so many hummingbirds that we watched while rocking on the porch. Personally, we loved the crispy sheets!. Would definitely recommend and stay there again in a heartbeat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic 2 week stay. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed, including laundry supplies, coffee pods and creamer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the WiFi was reliable, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. You can’t beat this location for ease in walking downtown! I would definitely stay here again.

Property is great/convenient walking downtown to restaurants and shops. Comfy beds/nice bathroom towels. Good kitchen/lovely back deck for al fresco dining. The owner is very friendly and made up for the process noted below if you call him directly instead of the so-called "host" listed on VRBO.Check-in process with VRBO "host" rental agency AvantStay listed was horrible. Bar none, the absolute worst vacation rental mgmt I've ever dealt with!!! Agent incorrectly said VRBO info indicated I would have to submit to 3rd party identity check that included providing photo of personal ID and biometric scan that could be stored for 3 years. I'd never been asked for this type of personal data in hundreds of vacation rentals arranged. I will only agree to provide a photo of my personal ID to government agencies. Do I want my identity stolen??! All of this played out while on vacation receiving numerous urgent texts/e-mails about confirming my ID, when AvanStay had both my email and cell number (which any bank uses as 2 factor identification) all causing unnecessary stress. Rental owner was a lovely person who agreed he would not provide his personal ID to such a request either. Once at the rental, the owner very reasonably did not required ID check, so AvantStay process was a waste of time... I could have been anybody at that point. Worse, no info about check-in ID reqmt until date for full VRBO reimbursement was past and we were stuck. Totally ridiculous!

The house was clean and felt welcoming with lights and heater on when we arrived. There was a notebook on the counter with a lot of great information and maps of the local area and wineries around. It was raining and the hosts even had umbrellas' hanging if we needed them.

Beautiful Paso Robles Bungalow

Beautifully decorated. Comfortable king beds. Fantastic location about a 5 minute walk to the square, great restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this rental for a getaway weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and quaint.

The cottage was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I’ve had less than wonderful experiences in other vacation rentals but this one exceeded my expectations. It was close to downtown Paso and the hosts were incredible. I’d stay here again
