Located in Paso Robles in the California Central Coast, we are a short eight-minute walk to downtown from 17th and Chestnut streets, offering a convenient rental for Paso Robles adventure seekers. Do not miss this easy access to shops, restaurants, and wine-tasting rooms, as well as festivals and events in the central park. This newly remodeled home feels fresh and comfortable, with great attention to detail in decor and design. It features vaulted ceilings and an easy, open floor plan for relaxation and convenience. Master bedroom with private entrance to yard has a large, beautifully finished private bath. Two other sizeable bedrooms share the second, elegant bathroom. This lovely home sleeps six and has all the conveniences for a perfect stay: AC, Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Oven. - Spacious Granite topped kitchen with sit-up counter/bar - Vaulted ceilings in living area, ten-foot ceilings in bedrooms with Ceiling fans - Beautiful Tumbled Travertine showers with granite topped large vanities - Bay windows - Private extra-long garage with private house access - Full Laundry Facilities - Quality Mattresses and Linens. Newly landscaped yards, backyard fully fence for privacy, with hardline BBQ. Keyed entry. City Permit #STR19-0190.

***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly. ***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control*** There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and outside.***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we ask that you take out the trash and begin a load of towels in the laundry, if it exists onsite, and we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Great Spot in Paso

We really enjoyed our stay at Charm on Chestnut. It was a perfect spot for 6 adults as each couple had their own king bed (hard to find that!). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful “girls” trip! The location is near downtown for restaurants and shopping (we couldn’t walk due to one of us with physical limitations, but would be fine for most), Sensorio and Vina Robles Amphitheater. We enjoyed all 3!The home itself is warm, cozy and filled with whatever you need for cooking. Beds were very comfy!we would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very helpful in providing information in a notebook, taking care of most questions we have had at other properties. Access was easy, the location was perfect, and it had a very well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms with plenty of towels, soap, tissues, etc. We would highly recommend this property. We have spent several Thanksgiving weeks in Paso Robles and would definitely stay here again. It is an easy drive to Cambria and San Simeon as well as San Luis Obispo. We always visit Cambria and SLO while we are in Paso and of course the wineries there are fantastic, too.

Great weekend with family

Stayed at this property with my husband, brother and sister in law, and their two kids (3 and 5 1/2). The house was easy to access, walking distance to convenient shops, restaurants, and a park. It was very clean and very comfortable with all the amenities you would need. The set up worked well for two families sharing a space, with two of the bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom and one bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Communication with home owners was easy and brief.
