Dishes and glasses not cleaned properly, only 6 dining chairs, lovely fridge and lousy freezer, no ice or chilled water.No kitchen towels, or wash cloths for bathing, no laundry detergent.No binder with guidance for anything. Could not easily find hosts contact info.

Daughter’s birthday edding

This house was very comfortable after a few long days setting up and a long wedding day. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early, which was appreciated with elderly parents.

Family Trip to national parks

This house is wonderful for a large family. We had 4 couples ranging from 28-80 and we hat plenty of room. Well stocked property. The owner thought of everything!

Easy access. We didn’t really stay in the house but to sleep. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Heading to Big Trees for a Quick Look before heading home.

Fit for 3 Queens!

Bringing our candidates to Visalia to spend a week competing for the Miss California Organization requires comfort and the perks of home. This neighborhood, home and hosts were beyond amazing. We will definitely be back!

I wish more rentals were like this one!

Communication was great, nice owners, super easy check in and check out. House was very clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and we slept great every night. Showers and even the toilets were amazing!! I miss those toilet seats, lol! Would definitely stay again and recommend this house!!

5 of us were VERY comfortable

We were attending a function at the convention center and this house is very conveniently located within a short drive. The home was spotless with everything we needed…everything modern and up to date. Truth is, the washlets were the deciding factor for me…LOL. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will absolutely stay here again next year!

Spacious and clean

We were in town for my son's wedding. Check in easy. Hosts were very flexible for an early check in and later check out. Had a little time one evening to play one of the board games they had available. Lots of fun! Would definately stay again if up in Visalia.

Perfect and Great Location

This house had it all. Super nice kitchen with everything you could want to cook something. Large table to eat around and play games. The beds were all queen and one king and nice to sleep on. Corn hole was fun and a couple of swings in the back to relax on. Air Conditioning was great since we came on a hot week in July. The three bathrooms were nice. Overall a good safe place to stay.

Beautiful house

The photos don't do justice in how beautiful the house is, very clean and it has everything ypu need to have a nice getaway, we fell in love with the duvets, that so that we even bought one for ourselves! the communication was great! They responded whitin a day. We had an amazing time staying there, very happy to have booked here

THE pictures dont do it justice!

This is a great place to stay. The pictures don't do it, Justice. It is a brand new home. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are tremendously comfortable. Practically all the rooms have giant TV's. And they even have games on the main TV in the living room. The price to stay here is very reasonable. When you gather up a bunch of your friends and family and come together. Also one remarkable feature of this house are the bidets. Close to the convention center close to grocery stores close to restaurants.

The rooms were very spacious and we were happy to have a place to stay that was close to the convention center for the event that we attended. The air conditioner worked well and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. However, the description that states "a little dust" is misleading. The fans could not be used because of the dense layer of dust on top of the ceiling fans. The baseboards and light switches were filthy and various stains covered the walls and doors. The couch was stained and cracked and the floor and was so dirty that our socks turned black after walking on the floor for less than 5 minutes. This was very disappointing since we chose the house primarily for the high cleanliness rating.
