Why they chose this property

This unit is attached to our house but has a separate entrance and bathroom. We are located on a safe cul-de-sac street next to a farm school. There is a different gate to enter the property, a patio area with sitting lounges, and an electric barbecue.
The unit has all that you need except a washing/drying machine. You can find lots of laundromats close by. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, electric kettle, small rice cooker, microwave, espresso machine, plates, cups, and basic needs like sugar, salt, coffee, etc. There is a smart TV in the room with a free Netflix channel for you to use.
