I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy.
Walking distance to downtown Indy, Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Virginia Street.
The house is open concept with 10 foot ceilings and a gas fireplace, has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. The kitchen is open to the large downstairs living area and equipped with a gas stove and everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.
Upstairs is a beautiful roof deck with hot tub, gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+.
