Excellent location and amenities! The ping pong table was a huge hit! There was plenty of room and furnishings were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
This was perfect us and our plans. Conni and I had a very comfortable stay, and it was close to many restaurants and close to Butler University where we attended an event at Clowes Auditorium. So it was just one night, but it was perfect for the two of us!
Location was perfect for our needs. Off-street parking was a plus. Nice having full-sized refrigerator. Owner suggested a restaurant nearby that turned out to be the best on our one week trip.
Clean place and comfortable. Great location for us to stay after seeing a show at the Vogue! Within walking distance if the weather is nice. We will definitely stay again!
We had a tiny hiccup at check in that was promptly handled and we hand zero problems going forward. The house is super cute and in a great location near shops/restaurants in broad ripple and a short trip to downtown! Would stay again :)
It was a great stay. All the rooms are spacious except for the kitchen and bathroom. The area is beautiful. The house was clean except under the beds and the coffee maker & cups. I recommend staying here.
We popped up to Indy with some good friends for an evening of music at an Indy jazz club. This house was ideal for our trip as it was located right up the street from the venue. Our host had everything ready and our trip came off without a hitch.
Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The listing says 3 bedroom and it is not. Two bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper couch. That is the only thing we were disappointed with. Place is clean, convenient to dining and Butler campus. Would have preferred to know in advance it was only a 2 bedroom.
Cute place! And love that there are 2 designated parking spots. Our code did not work when we got there, but the hoat was quick to answer and send is a new code that worked. The only issue was the misunderstanding abotu the couch that pulls out to a bed. It wasnt really a bed nad just more like an extended couch that wasnt wven long enough for my husband and i to fit on. Need to maybe be more specific about this or post some photos of what it looks like when pulledd out. When we were tryign to put the couch/bed together, there was alot of dirt and some food crumbs and trash under the couch. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.
The property is as listed- cute and definitely acceptable for the one night we stayed, but thank goodness it wasn’t more. Because it’s a duplex the neighbors next door kept us up until 2:00 am with a lot of crashing around, loud music and loud outside activity. It was so bad that twice we went downstairs to ensure someone wasn’t IN the house! We were at times concerned for our safety. We were in town for our family Christmas - which was ruined after only having 4.5 hrs of sleep. It is also very close to a very busy road and the road noise is excessive. Cleaners need to do a better job- many areas visibly still dirty with food(?) on the wall in the kitchen and other areas obviously not wiped down (I have pictures).
