About this property

Enjoy this beach front lake home that boasts 66' of frontage with many amenities

We have replaced wiring, plumbing and removed many walls. New insulation is in and the main floor is completely sheet rocked, primed and walls/ceilings painted. Our cabinetry for the kitchen is installed and JennAir Rise appliances and countertops in. New sliding door is in!!! The new furniture and decor is going together! This home will come back together very quickly! Carpet and wood floor done in entire house. As of 6/27/23.

Every night, drift off to sleep to the subtle sounds of the natural lake, then wake up to a spectacular view. The sunsets from this location are breathtaking to say the least. This property is fully furnished and includes linens and towels. All of this situated in a convenient, friendly town with outstanding summer entertainment and energy. The property is nestled between State Beach and downtown Clear Lake. Come check out Clear Lake for your summer vacation! Rental will include paddle board, paddle boat, 2 kayaks and lily pad for renters use.
