Come Stay in this beautiful lake front tiny home. It features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a pull-out sofa in the living area. It also offers a large open loft above the bedroom, where the kids can roll out the sleeping bags or just have a nice play area. We have also added a brand-new stand-up washer and dryer in October of 2025. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen, outside grill, and fire pit. This home is surrounded by National Forest and is steps from the water.

Come and enjoy the fun at Safe Harbor Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita in Royal, Arkansas! Don’t miss out on this beautiful oasis! Any boater’s paradise and one of the cleanest lakes in the country! Bring your own boat or rent one from the marina! We offer 3 different styles of pontoons for daily rentals! Whether the kids are sliding into the cool water from our double decker pontoons, or you’re lounging with friends cruising the shoreline of our 42-mile lake, you are sure to enjoy your time here! Also stop and browse our camp store for lake toys and souvenirs!

Guest is responsible for leaving the unit in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found at arrival. The registered guest will be charged for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure.

Cabin is absolutely perfect! Very clean and right on the lake. Pet friendly, however, you would never know they allow pets because it’s so clean! Host is wonderful and communicates quickly. Housekeeping ladies were the sweetest and made sure we were comfortable at all times! Can’t recommend the Lake House enough, we will be back!

Clean cabin, pet friendly, very quiet area. I did not get check-in information prior to arriving. The listing did say where to turn keys in when leaving so I assumed that was where I would also pick up keys. They were super friendly when I checked in and picked up the keys. Only negative thing about the cabin was water for showers was warm, not hot and no ice trays in the freezer.

Cabin was super cozy with everything we needed. Beautiful views in a quiet area. Plan to come back, there’s so much more to explore in the area. One small downside, not set up well for eating meals, a few TV trays would be a great addition. Definitely not a deal breaker for staying though.

The tiny house was clean & maintained. Very quiet location. The upstairs was space that was unusable for adults. When the foldout couch was made into a bed you had to crawl over it to get to the kitchen. That was the only negative we experienced.

Perfect Fall Getaway

The Lake House Cottage was perfect for my husband, dogs, and myself. We loved the addition of the loft in this cottage because it worked perfectly as a storage area and allowed us to utilize the space more effectively. The view of lake is wonderful, and the cozy porch was very cozy.
