You can paddle directly to the main springs from the house in about 10 minutes or just a few minutes with a motorboat. Bring your fishing poles (one on site) and fish of the seawall and dock.

Bring a boat, kayak or paddle board (two onsite to use at your own risk) and tie up at the floating dock during your stay ( trailer parking is available on the side of the property along fence line)

You're just minutes from Crump’s Landing & Marguerita grill restaurant which is a short drive or boat ride down the river, Homosassa State Park, and the charming restaurants of Old Homosassa. Conventionally located down the street from Publix grocery store and the great ice cream stand Twistee Treat. The nearby Homosassa Marina offers pontoon rentals, and Downtown Crystal River is a short drive away for kayaking in crystal river (rentals available) adventures or a leisurely stroll through local shops.


Boat access: There is no boat ramp on site would need to put in at local marina.

No Pet Policy: Property has a strict No Pet policy due to owners' severe allergies, if a pet is found at property their will be additional cleaning fees starting at a minimum $450 per night. Thank you for your understanding.
