It is a scenic 10 minute drive to the Dreams Park or to Cooperstown Main Street shops & restaurants. This home sits on a gentle knoll overlooking a big back yard - enjoy family fun playing Bocce, baseball or croquet. Hardwood floors and a few family antiques add charm and warmth to this one-level home.

Five Star

Our stay at Changing Seasons was beyond our expectations. Marian the owner was very pleasant and a gracious host! The house was well maintained and very clean. When we arrived we found fresh cut flowers from the property in every room. The property is spectacular! I would highly recommend this property for your stay in the Cooperstown area.

Nice place and great owner to work with

The house was lovely and had all of the basics we needed for our stay. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Great communication. I would definitely rent this house again.
